Rendering interior with Portal light and FG, problem..
Hi guys I'm having two main problems ligthing my scene with the Mia Portal Lights. well here we go..
1-, I used an area Light with MIA_portal light, and maya sun and sky for the correct effect from the env.. well no real problem until there, but the problem is that the light only works well when I put it inside the room, when I put it outside to get some shadows from the windows detail I get a much more darker ambient Someone has an Idea on how to solve this ?

2- I don't know why, mental ray doesn't allow me to change point interpolation, this is really odd, if some one know's how to handle it I would be glad..
And here are the Ideal light that I would like to achieve but with shadows entering from the window..
