Ctrl Ghost Shaders

hi all, I have installed the crtl shaders for max 2011, the problem is very simple. non of the settings work. every time I change the setting I get the same result the only setting that works is the number of rays for the Irradiance particles, but the iportons does nothing, the interpolation does not work. I dont know if I did something wrong but in my computer at work which is the exact same thing I have at home (the one in question here) everything works.

if you have encountered this problem and have a solution please let me know!

After a long nigh of playing with it I found that I was using the wrong material in the override slot. so far with the arch and design material is the one that works for me. I will upload a couple of images tonight for which I am using HDRS and trying to get some sweet hard shadows

after a lot of trouble i got 2 preview images. the day one took 1 hr to render and the sunset one 2 hrs. too much time for just a white material. they are both lit by HDRI's and managed to make some ok shadows out f them.
