Hi Guys,
This is my first stab at interior lighting - only started last week. Just getting to grips with tone mapping / gammas / GI bounces etc.
Didn't want to do one of these hyper-fashionable new age look interiors, so will focus on a nice old school "Victorian/baronial" look. So had a stab at a fireplace. Just testing the Glare shader and the old Fire Atmospheric effects. Excuse the use of standard texture maps and simple geometry, and the aliasing - just chopped it out of the background.
My interior won't give Sir Norman any sleepless nights - - but just for testing the sun/sky lighting at different times of the day, and also my first time at using the Architectural doors and windows.
How do you gusy model fabric ? : i.e bed spreads, curtains etc. I have no experience of actually modelling those soft folding objects
