I tried to convert my displacement map in Zbrush (.tif) to .map file use this command "imf_copy -p tif_file.tif anyfile.map" but it doesn't work, can anyone help me please.

Make sure your texture is RGB (not Grayscale) and that you don't use tiff compression.
