hi:)

ur render is very nice, especially the metal and the glossy plastic material. Is it A&D material? and one thing is the glare on the lighting fixtures did u use glare lume?:)

how long did it take ur render?

Thank for comments.

Tong,
For this image, I applied this parameter.

Fg --> Medium
Sample min 4 max 16
render 1600x1033
Caustic (mulit x 2) and Gi

17 photometric light and 2 spots.

For the material, it's a A&D modified.
I modified a sample glossy to the brushed metal --> 32
I modified the anistrophic to the plastic.

I did not use the Glare Lume, because
I do not arrive has to use it on the specific objects.
It's simply Photoshop.

and for the time render... 7 hours on 2coreduo E6600

Thank;)

Same problem. I usually got a result on all highlights, but i can't specify some objects. Perhaps you could use the Glow Lume Shader...

xenobus: thanks for the setup dude and keep up the goodwork:D

i wish i could do the same with my own technique:rolleyes:

shimrod: I have encountered also the same problem with the glare, but the glow lume doesn't glare, it works only like self illumination in the standard material if im right.

Nice render, I think the camera angles a bit odd or maybe just the converging lines. I'd be tempted to use camera correction.

cheers

Hi Bullseye,

I did not change the positon of the camera, because in the challenge we did not have the authorization.

Thank for comment:)
