bumpCombiner & mix8 run on Linux with 8.5?

Does ctrl_bumpCombiner_v1.3b.zip and mix8-v1[1].1-.layer_v1.1.rar work on linux (Cent OS) Maya 8.5? Not too good with OSs so don't want to corrupt anything.

The docs say it works with 6 and some people have it running with 7.

Running bumpCombiner on Maya 8.0 32bit Linux (Suse) and Maya8.5 32bit Windows. So it definately seem to work with the new mental ray versions.
But I'm not sure if there's a LInux 64bit Version included. At least with bump combiner the source code is included so you or s.o. else could recompile it on your system.
