The more expensive book is the 2005 (3rd edition) - the cheaper is the 2000 edition.....

So, if I have the first one, there is no need to by the second one?

It depends what you want:

ISBN: 3211244840 Is "Programming Mental Ray"
ISBN: 3211228756 Is "Rendering With Mental Ray"

and as I said, in my last reply - the books you listed are the old and new issues of the same book - just depends how "up to date" you need your information.

I hope this helps.

Keith
