Hi,

Just wondering if there is a way to render out a normal bump pass with MR (its possible to render out that kind of pass with Vray).

There must be some scripts or shaders available that allow you to render it with MR??

I guess you are talking about "bent normals" or RGB information addording to XYZ or UVW coordinates. you can do that with the mib_amb_occlusion or AO shader in mode 2 or 3.
