fading turntable animation in wireframe?

Hi, is there a way to make a simple turntable animation of an imported nurbs model which starts in wireframe then fades to a white occlusion model with a wire frame on it to a fully rendered image?

I dont have a post production software yet, so can it all be done in Maya?
