Hi all,
My first post here :).
As I'm quite new to MentalRay and struggling with it all the time :)... so ad rem:
Mental Ray 3.4 - viz2007 / max 8.0
I've set up all lights, shadows and exposure nicely using basic white and flat mental ray DGS Material. Have a look at attached picture (renderA). Being glad about that, I assigned all textures directly from, supplied with program, Architectural Material Library and finished with completely washout and overexposed picture (renderB)...
So what am I doing wrong? Is is not possible to use Architectural Materials with Mental Ray then or shall I set up lights and stuff using standard architectural mat. instead of DGS mental ray material?
I'd be very grateful for any help...
Cheers
J.
