Max 9, sun&sky, and "Fast Rasterizer (rapid scanline)" motion blur issue

For everyones info; There is a known issue w. rapid scanline (fast motion blur) and sun and sky. The workaround - turn off "Aerial Perspective".

Does the same error exists when using a regular skylight?
