How to disable shadow of a skylight in mentalray ?

Hi:)
I wanted ask u if u can solve my small problem:
how can I disable the shadow casting of the skylight in mentalray (3d Studio ) max??? Only of a single object !!!
Using lighttracer it was quite easy: propieties of a object -> advanced lightening-> unceck shadow casting.
Now in MR u can still do that....but it will not disable the shadows in skylight with Mr...the shadow is still visible. Can u help me ?

i need to design a watch...when i put the glass on the top of the watch the inside is dark for the shadow of the skyligth.
